Summary Information: The Tome of Adventure Design by Matt Finch contains adventure-design random generation tables for any fantasy table-top role-playing (TTRPG) game. Usable with, among many others, Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) 5e and other editions, Swords & Wizardry, Basic D&D, GURPS fantasy, Mork Borg, OSR games, Old School Essentials or OSE, Shadowrun, Labyrinth Lord, Basic Fantasy Roleplaying Game, B/X, OSRIC, 1e, Chivalry & Sorcery, and virtually any fantasy TTRPG. It is also usable, although not precisely on point, with Science Fiction games such as Traveller, WhiteStar, and Mothership. The apophenia engine prompts are less workable with science fiction, but most of the random tables only require a tiny shift in gears to translate from fantasy to Sci-Fi.
